Where We Ship
We currently ship within the UK only. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time—but we hope to in the future!
Delivery Options
We ship all orders via Royal Mail, and you can choose from the following options at checkout:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) – Estimated delivery within 2-4 working days.
Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) – Order before 1 PM for next working day delivery.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your candles are on their way!
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your candles as much as we loved making them! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns
If you’d like to return your order, please ensure:

The items are unused and in their original condition.
As a small business, we’re unable to cover return shipping costs, so you’ll need to arrange and pay for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items make it back to us safely.
Exchanges
Prefer to swap your candle for a different scent? No problem! Exchanges are possible only if the items are returned in pristine condition. Simply email us at [Your Email] to arrange your exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
